What you will do

• Manage and coordinate daily tasks for Logistics Assistants.
• Support hotel accommodation and transportation arrangements for crew based on planned schedules.
• Optimize costs by selecting economical positioning solutions.
• Cooperate with Operation Control, Operations Planning, and Training Planning departments.
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and SOPs related to Crew Logistics.
• Train and onboard new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in logistics or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Budapest.
