What you will do

• Manage service and product strategy, including medium and long-term planning and KPI management.
• Develop product plans for web applications based on business division strategies.
• Define and refine business requirements for internal stakeholders.
• Lead project management activities from requirements definition through to release and operation.
• Coordinate and negotiate between technical teams and business divisions to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in requirements definition, design, and implementation of EC sites or internet systems.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of EC sites, including system monitoring and performance management.
• Proven track record of developing high-reliability systems and handling critical system troubles.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including the successful launch of new services and products.
• Basic knowledge of web system security.
• English proficiency: TOEIC score exceeding 800 or a university degree earned in an English-speaking country.

Nice to have

• Systematic knowledge or certifications such as PMP, CMMI, or ITIL.
