What you will do

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership to align hiring with EMEA commercial growth goals.
• Deliver EMEA market mapping, competitor talent insights, and compensation benchmarking.
• Manage recruitment data hygiene, tracking pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Lead end-to-end headhunting for complex mid-to-senior positions in BD, Legal, and Finance.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience reflecting company brand and values.

Requirements

• Proven recruiting track record in Crypto, Web3, Fintech, or Centralized Exchanges.
• Deep experience headhunting and closing talent across the EMEA region.
• Expertise in placing mid-to-senior roles in Business Development, Affiliate Growth, VIP Management, Legal, and Finance.
• Ability to translate recruitment dashboards and pipeline metrics into strategic decisions.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE, or ready to relocate independently.
