What you will do

• Perform pre-silicon functional validation tests to validate Soft IP or Subsystems.
• Execute functional tests on latest generation IP's RTL using FPGA-based prototyping and emulation hardware.
• Manage the bring-up of the validation environment.
• Conduct first-line debugging and troubleshooting to assist in failure root-cause analysis.
• Document and report findings and learnings from failures.

Requirements

• Final year or 3rd year student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Knowledge of computer system architecture.
• Understanding of subsystem HW/SW stacks, including onboard HW components, connectors, and device drivers.
• Experience with Python, C, and/or C++.
• Must be based in Penang, Malaysia for hybrid work.
