What you will do

• Provide day-to-day security in support of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program (SAP) construction.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks to secure spaces.
• Conduct inspections of construction materials and continuously monitor/photograph build steps for accreditation packets.
• Draft security incident reports and brief senior military and civilian leaders.
• Manage, train, and oversee uniformed escort personnel and associated logs.
• Enforce customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide team mentoring.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to sit for a CI polygraph.
• SAP experience required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Completion of DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training.
• Must obtain OSHA safety and CDSE STEPP ICD 705 certifications within the first 30 days of hire.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• Knowledge of ICD 705 (SCIF compliance with uniform IC physical and technical security requirements).
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or Special Program Security Certification (SPSC).
