What you will do

• Analyze behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data to identify drivers for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor commercial campaign performance and define key KPIs such as conversion, volume growth, and ROI.
• Design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize the product backlog.
• Develop and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards to provide a shirify.globalle source of truth for squad performance.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary squad (Business, IT, Data, Markethirify.global, Risk) to improve end-to-end customer journeys.
• Translate complex data analyses into compellhirify.global stories for stakeholders to inform strategic decision-makhirify.global.

Requirements

• Current residency in Belgium is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role within a bank or consulthirify.global firm.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics for customer journey trackhirify.global.
