What you will do

• Proactively detect emerging trends and organizational blind spots to identify value opportunities.
• Analyze complex player behavior and friction points to accelerate high-impact decision-making.
• Conduct targeted explorations and Proof of Concepts, including AI, to test new analytical approaches.
• Design and maintain visual deliverables, such as Power BI dashboards and analytical frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to own the analysis of the player journey.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence with demonstrated ownership of analytical products.
• Advanced SQL skills for building production-grade queries and semantic models.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) including DAX and report governance.
• Strong data modelling practices (star schema) and experience with cloud data platforms.
• Python proficiency for statistical analysis, cohort modelling, and prototyping.
• Professional proficiency in English.
