What you will do

• Manage the World team, setting production priorities and mentoring lead designers and artists.
• Translate the World Director's vision into actionable production objectives and standards.
• Coordinate with the World Associate Producer on resource allocation, scheduling, and production capacity.
• Represent the World team's interests to Game, Art, and Technical Directions to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Ensure overall consistency of gameplay, visual quality, and production for large-scale game environments.
• Identify operational risks and implement workflows to increase production efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in AAA production.
• Solid expertise in producing large-scale game environments.
• Deep understanding of Level Design, Technical Level Design, and Level Art.
• Ability to balance creative ambitions with technical constraints and scheduling.
• Knowledge of architecture, geography, geology, or urban planning.
• Must be located in or able to work from Annecy, France or Montreal, Canada
