SAP Security/GRC Expert (SAP)

SAP Security/GRC Expert (SAP): Supporting post go-live stabilization of SAP GRC Access Control environments with an accent on workflow remediation and Segregation of Duties (SoD) validation. Focus on hands-on knowledge transfer to internal resources and documenting complex access configurations.

Location: Must be a US Citizen and able to work core hours in US Eastern Time.

What you will do

• Perform post go-live cleanup of the SAP GRC Access Control environment.
• Diagnose and remediate broken or misconfigured workflows, including cross-organizational approval flows.
• Validate and remediate SoD issues and document mitigating controls.
• Review and refine role design, user provisioning, and access request workflows.
• Provide hands-on knowledge transfer to internal resources throughout the engagement.
• Document remediation activities, design decisions, and residual risks.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• Must be able to work core hours in US Eastern Time.
• 10+ years of SAP Security experience with deep focus on GRC Access Control (10.x or 12.x).
• Hands-on expertise in ARM, BRM, EAM, and ARA modules.
• Strong background in SAP role design, user provisioning, and troubleshooting MSMP/BRF+ rules.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fully remote engagement model.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience as an embedded SME in smaller-scale initiatives.
• Familiarity with cross-entity or shared-services access scenarios.
