Focus on optimizing application performance, implementing Infrastructure as Code via Terraform, and upgrading legacy C++ architecture.
Location: Remote or Office in Ukraine

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain core platform components using modern C++.
- Modernize legacy application components and architecture to improve patient safety and traceability.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions and integrations using AWS services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and resource utilization across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor other engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the development team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in C++ software development.
- Strong knowledge of modern C++, OOP, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS).
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience designing and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher required.
