What you will do

• Lead the entire content production function, including in-house creation, strategy, insights, partnerships, and acquired brands like Pixabay and Pexels.
• Develop and articulate a long-term content strategy focusing on how AI reshapes creation and curation.
• Drive a localized content strategy to resonate with audiences across all major global markets.
• Establish a unified operating model with International and Marketing teams for global and local shipping.
• Represent the content function in executive forums, presenting strategy and investment cases.

Requirements

• Experience leading multi-team functions through other senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in large-scale content strategy and execution, specifically within social and short-form ecosystems.
• Strong strategic point of view on the impact of AI on content creation and the ability to implement these insights.
• Proven ability to combine creative judgment with commercial rigour to build ROI cases connected to revenue and retention.
• Confidence and credibility when operating in senior leadership forums.
