Head of Claims Operations LAC Region (Insurance): Leading and transforming claims operations across the Latin America and Caribbean region, managing more than 300 colleagues with an accent on operational excellence, client outcomes, process optimization, and digital transformation. Focus on designing target-state operations, improving claims-processing efficiency, implementing automation and analytics, and driving complex organizational change across multiple locations.
Location: Mexico City, Bogota, or Sao Paulo; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do
- Lead more than 300 Claims Operations colleagues across the LAC Region.
- Set the vision, strategy, priorities, and target operating model for Claims Operations.
- Improve claims-processing efficiency through workflow optimization, automation, process streamlining, and fast-tracking initiatives.
- Lead digital transformation, operational excellence, and change-management programs.
- Partner with Claims Advocacy, Claims Solutions, regional teams, country teams, clients, insurers, and adjusters to deliver end-to-end claims services.
- Manage KPIs, budgets, location footprint, performance, accountability, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Senior operational leadership experience in the insurance or broking industry.
- Experience in Latin America and Caribbean markets.
- Significant leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing experience.
- Proven experience driving business change initiatives and leading digital transformation programs.
- Ability to work across borders and boundaries with a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work from Mexico City, Bogota, or Sao Paulo and attend the office or work onsite with clients at least three days per week.

- Strong data literacy and experience implementing new technology.
