TL;DR
Senior NLP/LLM/LLMOps Data Scientist (Generative AI): Building production-grade conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, and NLP pipelines for KYC and customer operations with an accent on information retrieval, explainability, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Focus on deploying and operationalizing LLM applications, designing evaluation and monitoring capabilities, and continuously optimizing AI systems in a regulated banking environment.
Location: Istanbul, Vadistanbul Park; hybrid work with office attendance two days per week during three weeks of each month, and one fully remote week per month. Additional remote work is available throughout August.

What you will do
- Build conversational AI and agent-assist capabilities for KYC and customer operations.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise knowledge and regulated banking documentation.
- Create NLP pipelines for structured and unstructured text processing.
- Develop and deploy production-grade LLM applications across the full machine learning lifecycle.
- Implement LLMOps capabilities for evaluation, monitoring, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
- Design AI solutions that support reliability, explainability, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in NLP, information retrieval, machine learning, or generative AI.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade NLP or LLM-based applications.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with Transformers, embeddings, RAG architectures, vector search, or conversational AI systems.
- Experience operationalizing generative AI applications across the full machine learning lifecycle.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, CD4ML, MLOps, or LLMOps practices.
