Senior NLP/LLM/LLMOps Data Scientist (Fintech): Building and operationalizing production-grade conversational AI and RAG solutions for a global banking environment with an accent on reliability, explainability, and regulatory compliance. Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey (Hybrid: 2 days/week in Vadistanbul office, with remote flexibility).

What you will do
- Design and build production-grade NLP and Generative AI solutions for banking workflows.
- Develop RAG architectures and conversational AI systems for KYC and customer operations.
- Implement LLMOps capabilities including evaluation, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Partner with ML engineers and product teams to operationalize AI models.
- Ensure AI solutions meet high standards for reliability, explainability, and auditability.
- Contribute to large-scale AI initiatives supporting multiple countries and business domains.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in NLP, Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Transformers, embeddings, vector search, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP or LLM applications.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, CD4ML, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
