What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content roadmap across LinkedIn, X, and short-form video channels.
• Extract technical insights from the team to create high-impact scripts, posts, and case studies.
• Manage content workflows and coordinate with external production resources like videographers and editors.
• Repurpose product demos and internal talks into scalable content formats.
• Drive co-marketing initiatives through ecosystem partnerships.
• Monitor performance trends and refine content strategy based on engagement data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SMM, Content Strategy, or Personal Branding within Tech/SaaS/AI.
• Proven track record of scaling executive or founder brands.
• Exceptional copywriting skills and mastery of short-form video strategy.
• Fluent Russian for internal team collaboration and Fluent/C1+ English for public-facing content.
• Extreme proactivity and ability to work with high autonomy.
• Ability to sync with a US-based founder across time zones.
