What you will do

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and strategic partners.
• Drive projects that impact product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
• Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners leveraging proprietary data.
• Translate complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to ensure scalable and lean operations.
• Collaborate with regional General Managers to align local marketing and tech needs with global capabilities.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in analytical business roles (strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
• Strong ability to leverage data to make strategic decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver capable of handling ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
