What you will do

• Review and validate AI negotiation logic, scripts, and call flows against real-world collections standards.
• Stress-test edge cases including disputes, hardship, and promises-to-pay to ensure AI robustness.
• Advise on compliance risks and regulatory triggers specific to the Mexican market.
• Provide guidance on acceptable tone, contact frequency, and channel mix for debt recovery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams through periodic working sessions to refine AI performance.
• Share anonymized scripts and playbooks from professional collections experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 5+ years of leadership experience as a Manager, Team Lead, Head, Director, or VP in collections.
• Current or recent (≤2 years) experience at a bank, DCA, servicer, or BPO.
• Fluent Spanish required; working English proficiency for internal team sessions.
• Ability to commit 5–20 hours per month as a consultant.
