Motion Designer (Femtech)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Poland (3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Create and animate graphics and edit videos to meet rapid campaign demand spikes.
• Collaborate with the UA team to deliver high-quality motion assets aligned with fast-changing priorities.
• Adapt existing designs and produce rapid iterations for spontaneous creative requests.
• Tailor motion graphics and videos to meet the needs of different global markets.
• Develop animation concepts using brand characters, app UI, typography, and illustration.
• Experiment with generative AI tools to explore new video concepts and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio of animation and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe CC, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency and a strong eye for detail.
• Understanding of basic performance marketing concepts such as CTR and conversion rates.
• Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience in the tech, digital marketing, or femtech/health and wellbeing sectors.
• Ability to create static ads to complement motion and video assets.
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design.
• Basic understanding of user acquisition (UA) and CRM creatives.
