What you will do

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations to make game UIs more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
• Develop visual interactive outcomes and cues to improve player feedback and guide attention during gameplay.
• Design cohesive animations aligned with brand identity and consistency.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and developers to define engaging game visuals.
• Prepare final assets and technical specifications for implementation and oversee the quality of execution.
• Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions within an agile environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion design with a strong professional portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in animation or a related design field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and deep understanding of animation principles.
• Experience working with Jira in agile development environments.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spine or Rive.
• Experience with Figma.
• Professional experience in the iGaming or Gaming industry.
