What you will do

• Own the complete Product Design process from Discovery to Delivery.
• Design modern B2B web applications and enterprise software.
• Build and maintain design systems using Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Variants.
• Plan and execute User Research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Collaborate within Agile product teams to transform business problems into validated design solutions.
• Present design rationale and research findings to international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Product Design experience with modern web applications.
• Strong expertise in Figma, including interactive prototyping and developer handoff.
• Proven ability to independently handle the design lifecycle for enterprise software.
• Experience with User-Centered Design methodologies and Design Thinking workshops.
• Fluent English (C1) for communication with international stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal.
