What you will do

• Own and drive the creative vision for a new Merge 2 title, aligning it with product goals.
• Lead ideation, wireframing, and feature design, translating player motivations into engaging experiences.
• Mentor and grow a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-execution environment.
• Partner with product, engineering, and art teams to guide features from concept to implementation.
• Refine game systems and economy balance using live feedback and analytics.
• Improve design tools and processes to boost studio-wide efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the gaming industry in a design role with a proven track record of shipping titles.
• Proven history of leading diverse and skilled design teams.
• Expertise in crafting core game loops, economies, and meta-designs.
• Strong proficiency with mathematical concepts and formula creation.
• Experience working in a live service game environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
