What you will do

• Monitor, review, and post incoming invoices and primary accounting documents in SAP.
• Perform monthly vendor account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal Invoice Verification teams across Logistics, Procurement, and IT.
• Support month-end closing activities and contribute to year-end audits.
• Participate in automation and AI projects to optimize P2P workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or completed vocational training in accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, internships, or initial professional experience in Accounting or Procurement.
• Basic to good experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (S/4HANA or VIM).
• English: B2 level required for internal and external collaboration.
• Highly structured and detail-oriented approach to meeting deadlines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German, Russian, or Ukrainian languages.
