What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the electrical services division, managing trades staff, supervisors, and contractors.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from tender and pricing to delivery, commissioning, and final handover.
• Monitor financial performance including revenue, margins, cash flow, and project forecasts.
• Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new business development opportunities.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on health and safety, quality, and staff development.

Requirements

• Significant experience in industrial electrical services, contracting, or project delivery.
• Recognised electrical trade qualification and current New Zealand electrical registration.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as Electrical Services Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong commercial expertise in estimating, tendering, budgeting, and margin management.
• Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors.
• Practical understanding of health and safety requirements in high-risk industrial environments.
