Senior HR Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees to drive organizational success.
• Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Coach managers to strengthen their leadership capabilities and decision-making.
• Identify organizational gaps and design scalable people solutions from idea to execution.
• Lead talent mapping, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with empathy and sound judgment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in a fast-growing tech company.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Proven track record of building or redesigning HR processes to support growth.
• Strong experience in coaching managers and providing constructive feedback.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools like HiBob.
• Ability to use data and organizational insights to guide strategic decisions.
