Learning & Development Partner

Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv (Hybrid model: up to three days per week in office).

What you will do

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning sessions for diverse audiences.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and participant communications.
• Maintain course data, tracking, and reporting within the learning management system.
• Update existing training materials and resources to ensure content relevance.
• Collaborate with the Global Talent Development team on ongoing learning initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Learning & Development.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training and supporting learning programs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (Workday experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv to support the hybrid work model.
