Software Engineer (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Design and implement production services for Gaio (GenAI Orchestrator) and hirify.globalCloud.
• Develop LLM provider integrations, consumer APIs, and usage metering.
• Build private cloud APIs and custom internal Terraform providers.
• Collaborate with SREs and DevOps on architectural decisions and operational reliability.
• Manage production incidents and participate in critical war room events.
• Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing and peer code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with large-scale systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Scala, with a willingness to work across all three.
• Experience with large database schema design and query optimization at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in production incident management and support rotations.
• Must be based in Paris (Hybrid: up to 2 days at home).
• English: B2 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) or AI gateway systems.
• Background in SRE or platform engineering.
• Open source contributions.
• Experience with multi-datacenter or hybrid cloud deployments.
