What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of marketing agreements, including agency, sponsorship, and event organization contracts.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments affecting B2C activities at French and European levels, focusing on consumer and advertising law.
• Provide timely legal recommendations and alerts to operational teams to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain and improve internal legal documentation, contract templates, and process guidelines.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law, New Technologies, or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience post-internship, ideally in tech, digital media, or a commercial law practice.
• Solid foundation in intellectual property, contract, and consumer law.
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Paris, France.
