What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate SaaS Agreements, NDAs, Order Forms, DPAs, and Partner Agreements.
• Provide legal guidance to Product Managers, designers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to facilitate complex commercial negotiations.
• Develop and implement standard templates, playbooks, and processes utilizing AI.
• Train operational teams on compliance and relevant contractual issues.
• Collaborate with finance, FP&A, and sales enablement to ensure global alignment with corporate standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of broad global licensing experience in a late-stage startup or early-stage public SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the Paris Area, France to support the hybrid work model.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• In-depth understanding of licensing, data privacy law, and current SaaS standards.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills for a global company.
