What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and IT agreements, including SaaS, distribution, and outsourcing contracts.
• Act as the primary legal point of contact for the Partnerships, Product, and Tech teams on contractual and compliance matters.
• Monitor and implement French and European regulatory developments, with a strong emphasis on data protection.
• Maintain and update internal legal documentation, templates, and the team's knowledge base to improve legal processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in new technologies, contract, data protection, or Intellectual Property law.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a tech company or a law firm's IT/commercial practice.
• Solid foundation in technology sector regulations and contract law.
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally with non-legal stakeholders.
