What you will do

• Participate in projects for leading banks and financial institutions.
• Conduct regulatory compliance reviews, internal control reviews, and compliance advisory.
• Perform independent assessments as per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure high-standard client delivery and contribute to business development in the Hong Kong office.
• Collaborate with global offices to share knowledge and support cross-selling initiatives.
• Implement and share consulting best practices with the team.

Requirements

• University degree in accounting, business, IT, or related disciplines.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, management consulting, or audit for financial institutions.
• Solid knowledge of HKMA and/or SFC regulations.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese are required.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CAMS, CISA, CISSP, or CIA.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
