What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, technical roadmapping, and architectural design for the global IAM system, covering SSO, PAM, and identity governance.
• Spearhead the 0-1 construction of an enterprise-level unified IAM platform or lead the comprehensive refactoring of legacy systems.
• Establish unified technical specifications and architecture standards to support hybrid cloud and international expansion.
• Build, mentor, and manage the IAM R&D team, overseeing task breakdown and technical reviews.
• Resolve complex technical challenges involving high concurrency, data consistency, and fine-grained access control.
• Collaborate with global teams and author technical specifications and whitepapers in English.

Requirements

• Must be based in Beijing, China (On-site).
• 8+ years of experience in backend development, cloud-native, or network security, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise IAM/IDaaS platforms.
• Proven experience with top-tier public cloud IAM platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud RAM, Volcengine IAM, Tencent Cloud CAM).
• 3+ years of technical team management experience with a track record of successful end-to-end delivery.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for autonomous technical communication and documentation.
• Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, RBAC/ABAC models, and Zero Trust architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering global identity middle-office or IDaaS platforms for top-tier internet companies or cloud vendors.
• Experience building identity systems for international SaaS products.
• Familiarity with privacy computing, passwordless authentication, and Xinchuang technologies.
