What you will do

• Lead a full integrated business unit, managing both the internal team and client relationships.
• Set annual performance strategies and goals to drive business growth for clients.
• Oversee integrated Offline and Online strategies across performance, eCommerce, innovation, and data.
• Direct budget forecasting and delivery across all media to meet client KPIs and performance targets.
• Lead data consultancy and implementation across the client portfolio.
• Develop and execute training programs to upskill specialists into integrated media experts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in integrated media, preferably from an agency background.
• Strong understanding of Offline, Digital, and e-Commerce channels.
• Proficiency with customer data platforms and advanced analytics solutions.
• Technical and strategic experience managing search, social, and display channels.
• Proven track record in audience-led planning and people management.
• Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
