What you will do

• Launch, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across Google and other channels.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance and overall marketing efficiency.
• Analyze acquisition data to identify and exploit growth opportunities.
• Test and scale new traffic sources, channels, and acquisition approaches.
• Automate operational and reporting processes to increase team efficiency.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams to improve acquisition, monetization, and retention metrics.

Requirements

• Solid experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing for mobile applications or games.
• Hands-on experience with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with statistics and numbers.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with data.
• Basic Python skills or a strong willingness to learn scripting for automation.
• English: B2 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling campaigns with large advertising budgets.
• Experience working specifically on live mobile games.
• Experience running creative experiments in collaboration with production teams.
• Experience building dashboards and automating internal reporting tools.
