What you will do

• Own the end-to-end NTN strategy lifecycle from ideation to launch and governance.
• Develop short, mid, and long-term strategies for LEO satellite, HAPS, and direct-to-device technologies.
• Drive competitive market analysis to identify partnership prospects and growth opportunities.
• Manage strategic partner relationships with startups and multinational tech companies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategy, including budget oversight and ROI management.
• Represent NTN strategy at SLT and ExCo levels to influence organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Deep experience in strategic roles and product management within the telecommunications or technology industries.
• Proven track record in senior management leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of NTN technologies such as LEO satellite or HAPS.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in P&L management and business case development.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive and board level.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is considered an advantage.
