What you will do

• Support daily mechanical activities and data archiving of documents.
• Maintain the operational diary, schedules, and tasks using Excel and PDF.
• Manage files concerning opening and closing balances for each account.
• Monitor alerts and support the netting of operations and consistency checks.
• Prepare and package reports and reconciliations for various stakeholders.
• Perform daily afternoon reconciliations of securities and cash.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic Python.
• Proficiency with PDFs and data archiving tools.
• Must be based in Rome, Italy.
• Good command of English.

• Prior internship or project experience in financial operations.
• Knowledge of French.
