What you will do

• Develop high-quality cross-platform applications using React Native and TypeScript, ensuring UI components match design specifications.
• Integrate backend services via RESTful APIs and WebSockets, and maintain native Swift/Kotlin modules when necessary.
• Improve codebase health by resolving technical debt, expanding test coverage, and driving scalable state management and navigation architecture.
• Monitor app stability and resolve crashes using Sentry or Crashlytics, optimizing for memory, battery, and frame rates.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for App Store and Google Play releases.
• Collaborate with Backend, QA, and Product teams to translate technical constraints into viable UX solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years strictly focused on React Native.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, modern React patterns (Hooks), and the React Native ecosystem (CLI, Hermes).
• Deep understanding of iOS/Android build systems (Gradle, Pods) and the ability to debug using Swift or Kotlin.
• Proven experience with state management libraries like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or TanStack Query.
• Hands-on experience with unit/integration testing (Jest) and E2E testing (Maestro or Detox).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining a B2C app with 100k+ Monthly Active Users (MAU).
• Experience writing Native Modules or JSI/TurboModules from scratch.
• Familiarity with mobile analytics tools such as Segment or Amplitude.
• Experience with automation tools like Maestro or Appium.
• Knowledge of Node.js for effective API integration debugging.
• Experience with Next.js.
