Location: Hybrid (Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania)

Salary: 4000 - 6000 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Take proactive ownership of legal projects and initiatives end-to-end.
• Serve as the primary legal partner for Marketing, Product, and B2B teams.
• Assess complex legal issues and drive practical solutions alongside internal stakeholders.
• Build and scale cross-departmental processes, including policy drafting and contract templates.
• Monitor and evaluate legislative and regulatory developments across core markets.
• Manage and collaborate with external legal counsel in international jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in-house or in a law firm.
• Advanced experience in commercial contracting and product/marketing initiative evaluation.
• Strong ability to balance legal risk assessment with business strategy.
• Experience operating within ambiguity and delivering practical, tactical advice.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively across multiple teams.
