What you will do

• Monitor and action accounts involved in complex fraud, bonus abuse, or sportsbook manipulation.
• Enhance fraud detection engines and tools by suggesting data-driven improvements.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and prepare reports for Legal and Management teams.
• Collaborate with payment teams to verify and control service provider criteria.
• Analyze department performance and fraud trends to provide actionable management insights.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer protection outcomes.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
• Strong analytical approach to problem-solving with high attention to detail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Commitment to maintaining GRC obligations and compliance standards.
