What you will do

• Investigate and resolve payment matching and reconciliation issues to ensure funds are correctly allocated.
• Troubleshoot payment-related escalations, including missing payouts and debt collection discrepancies.
• Own recurring reconciliation processes for outstanding balances and overdue invoices.
• Analyze payment and collections data to define KPIs and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Engineering, and local teams to resolve root causes and improve payment flows.
• Support the onboarding and monitoring of collections payment providers.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with experience in fintech, payments, billing, or collections operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data reconciliation and analysis.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven mindset for identifying and resolving root causes.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
• Must be able to work from the Tallinn office at least 12 days per month.
