What you will do

• Develop and enhance new functionality for the platform.
• Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in architecture and technical discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using unit testing practices.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across the project.
• For Team Lead: drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and coordinate planning/estimation activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET 8+ and modern development practices.
• Experience with Entity Framework and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Service Bus, and building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of unit testing and xUnit.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domains.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf.
