What you will do

• Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation compliant with South African labour law and global company standards.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal moves, promotions, and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary hearings, grievances, and representing the company at the CCMA or Labour Court.
• Ensure compliance with POPIA and right-to-work verifications.
• Oversee daily office operations, facility coordination, vendor management, and basic procurement.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR operations position.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Management, or Psychology.
• Strong hands-on experience with South African labour law (LRA, BCEA, EEA, POPIA).
• Proven track record of managing disciplinary and grievance processes with procedural fairness.
• Ability to operate independently as the sole local HR point of contact.
• Exceptional investigation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
