What you will do

• Own the international lifecycle strategy for consumer engagement across onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Build personalized, automated customer journeys using email, push, and in-app channels.
• Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and creative teams to develop compelling messaging.
• Establish performance reporting to track campaign effectiveness and inform the growth roadmap.
• Ensure operational rigor through QA, governance, and compliance guardrails.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or growth engagement, ideally in fintech or regulated industries.
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools and segmentation.
• Strong discipline in experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
• Analytical proficiency with Excel, relational databases, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience managing localization workflows across multiple international markets.
• Must be based in Ljubljana, Slovenia for hybrid office attendance.
