TL;DR
Principal SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO Consultant (ERP): Leading the delivery of SAP Public Cloud Finance and Controlling engagements with an accent on Fit-to-Standard workshops and project governance. Focus on translating complex business requirements into best-practice cloud solutions and mentoring senior and junior consultants.
Location: Remote within Australia or New Zealand (travel across Australia required)

What you will do
- Lead project delivery and serve as the senior point of contact for SAP Public Cloud FICO engagements.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops to translate business requirements into SAP best-practice solutions.
- Provide principal-level functional expertise in Finance and Controlling processes.
- Mentor and guide the professional development of senior and junior consultants.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to project governance, risk management, and delivery quality across concurrent engagements.
Requirements
- Extensive consulting experience delivering SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Deep functional background in FICO, operating at a principal or lead level.
- Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
- Flexibility to travel across Australia as required to support client delivery.

- Experience with Product Costing.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Joint Venture accounting experience.
