What you will do

• Lead and own the Peru Go-to-Market S&OP process in alignment with regional and global standards.
• Improve demand planning accuracy and reduce forecast bias.
• Coordinate fulfillment plans to meet agreed S&OP outcomes.
• Manage cost-to-serve budgets and customer supply chain processes including order management.
• Define and execute service policies balancing customer expectations with operational efficiency.
• Partner with regional supply chain and manufacturing teams to support production planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain functions.
• Proven background in complex, multinational environments.
• Fluency in English for regional business communication.
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.
