Salary: $182,000 – $242,000

What you will do

• Own backend Go services for demand/capacity matching, fulfillment, and the metering-to-invoicing pipeline.
• Ensure audit-grade lineage so every billed dollar traces back to verified usage.
• Design and build internal services that enable Capacity and Product teams to drive efficiency.
• Raise the reliability bar by setting SLAs, hardening services, and maturing on-call processes.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical initiatives to scale the team's Go and production skills.

Requirements

• Experience shipping and scaling business-critical, financially compliant services.
• Proven track record of owning SLAs/SLOs and observability tooling.
• Expertise in designing and evolving APIs and data models, including versioning and backward compatibility.
• U.S. person status required for access to export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Production engineering experience with infra, metrics, and tracing for money-critical services.
• Data engineering skills, including telemetry ingestion and SQL warehousing.
• Domain expertise in billing, metering, rating, or FinOps.
