What you will do

• Own end-to-end quality strategy, including test case design and acceptance validation.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing for new features in fast-changing environments.
• Design and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and integration testing using Playwright.
• Define regression testing approaches for critical areas like billing, authentication, and porting.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify acceptance criteria and manage defects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in QA engineering covering both manual and automated testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with UI test automation using Playwright.
• Solid experience in API testing using Postman or JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for test automation development.
• Good understanding of microservices architectures and integration testing principles.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance or load testing.
• Knowledge of contract testing tools like Pact or event-driven testing (Kafka).
• Experience testing authentication and SSO flows (e.g., AWS Cognito, OIDC).
• Exposure to telecom, CPaaS, or UCaaS domains.
• Experience with Jira Xray or TestRail.
