What you will do

• Create and integrate gameplay mechanics for weapons, vehicles, and player locomotion.
• Prototype and iterate on gameplay system improvements directly in-engine.
• Implement mechanics and features using existing visual scripting tools.
• Create detailed design and technical documentation for gameplay mechanics.
• Integrate new mechanics into existing schemes while retaining full functionality.
• Collaborate with other departments and contribute to the toolkit improvement process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar design position within the game industry.
• Proficiency in one or more game engines, such as UE4, Unity, or CryEngine.
• Ability to carry an idea from the conceptual phase to finished real-time game content.
• Strong technical understanding of how gameplay mechanics work and interact.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal.
• English: B2 level required.
