Senior Game Designer (Gameplay)

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and develop game modes and gameplay mechanics for a new sports project.
• Tune gameplay balance and content using player feedback and game analytics.
• Balance character parameters, perks, abilities, tactics, and progression systems.
• Improve character AI and player UX.
• Own gameplay features by contributing to technical implementation, breaking down tasks, and leading a small cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game design.
• Proven experience with core gameplay or combat systems in RPG, sports simulator, or action games.
• Experience taking game systems and mechanics from concept through implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Successful experience tuning game balance and gameplay mechanics.
• Experience building game systems from scratch or independently tuning gameplay elements.
• Mentoring, leadership, or coordination experience with a small team.
• Experience developing in-game balance from scratch.
• Experience working on multiplayer games.
