What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX strategy and execution for a product area from discovery through implementation.
• Lead discovery initiatives and facilitate workshops to deepen understanding of player behaviors and motivations.
• Create innovative player experiences and prototypes to validate concepts and identify risks early.
• Evolve UX frameworks and design patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across the game.
• Deliver high-quality design documentation to align Product, Engineering, and Art teams.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the UX discipline.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing user experiences specifically for games.
• Deep expertise in game mechanics, progression systems, rewards, and player psychology.
• Proven track record of independently owning complex product areas.
• Expertise in rapid prototyping to iterate and validate ideas.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on a hybrid basis in Seville, Spain.
