What you will do

• Coordinate communication between internal eCOA teams and license holders for questionnaires.
• Manage translation vendors to meet development needs and client requirements.
• Research licensing and translation requirements, including layout and device formatting.
• Develop and maintain internal reference guides for license holder requirements.
• Create and proofread screen report documents for questionnaire implementation.
• Collaborate with Lead Project Managers to align translation timelines with client expectations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong professional experience in licensing.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and multitask.
• Strong organizational, detail orientation, and professional communication skills.
• Must be located in Romania.
