• Support S&I Leads with product configuration, data preparation, and platform implementation.
• Become a product expert by building workflows and developing new use cases.
• Coordinate and drive launch milestones to ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Ensure customer data is accurate and configurations match complex enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with the customer team to champion user success and platform adoption.

Requirements
